Spa service Cancellations:

Appointment Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows (failing to show up without notice) may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

 


Late Arrivals

 

  • If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation.

 


Prepaid Services & Packages

 

  • Deposits and prepaid packages are subject to this Cancellation Policy.

  • Missed appointments without proper notice may result in the loss of the deposit or a session from the package.

 


Emergencies & Exceptions

 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

  • Exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion.



Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before 5:00 PM (EST) on the same day your order was placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Processed & Shipped Orders

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to follow our Return Policy guidelines after receiving the package. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong item was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to include a photo of the damaged product and your order number. Without proper documentation, we are unable to process replacements, refunds, or credit notes.

Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation is approved and processed, refunds (if applicable) will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
