What types of products do you offer?
We specialize in Spa service & Product. Alongside our carefully roasted selections, we also offer sampler packs and subscription options designed to bring freshness, quality, and bold flavor straight to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?

We ship orders Monday-Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM Friday-Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM, excluding holidays.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accepted if time slots are open, but we cannot guarantee service without a booking.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at +1 (813) 263-9158 or through our website. A deposit may be required for certain services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash (in-store only). Gift cards issued by Fernanda Body Aesthetic are also accepted.
Can I return or exchange spa products?
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and can be used toward any spa service or product. Please note, they are non-refundable.
Are your treatments safe for people with medical conditions?
Your safety is our priority. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions. Please inform us of any medical issues, allergies, or concerns before your appointment so we can recommend the safest options for you.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer special packages and prepaid sessions for select treatments. Contact us for current offers and details.
Do you provide shipping for products?
Yes, we ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately to correct the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable state and local taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
