Refund policy
At Fernanda Body Aesthetic, we strive to provide the highest quality spa services and products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
Spa Services:

Appointments:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Refunds for Services:

Refunds are not available for completed spa services, as time and resources have already been dedicated.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately during your visit so we can address your concerns.
Spa Products

Returns & Exchanges:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges may be offered if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Online Purchases: -
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

They may, however, be transferred to another person or used toward other eligible services.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
If you placed a wrong order, return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return processing time is 7 business days after we receive the item.
For damaged items:

Without photo evidence, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement

Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.
To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.
If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for items that meet the return criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items

Claims submitted after 7 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
